PRINCIPAL WIFI

We have a Wifi network avaliable to our public. They will be able to connect in the halls of the Sala Gran and the Sala Petita, in the Cafeteria, in the Sala de Tertúlies and in the Concierge. For technical reasons, this service will not be operational inside the Sala Gran neither the Sala Petita.

ACCESIBILITY

There are mechanical access platforms for people with disabilities, going from the street to the lobby and from the lobby to the theatre stalls. There is a toilet fitted out for disabled people on every floor. People in wheel chairs have tickets reserved for access to the boxes in the theatre stalls. The person accompanying spectators with a disability level higher than 33% will get free entry.

GRUPS I FUNCIONS ESCOLARS

GUIDED VISITS

The Teatre Principal has a program of guided visits. This program will enable people to discover the TP building first-hand, as well as its history, activity and how it functions. For further information, please email us at: educa@teatreprincipal.com

CAFETERÍA

The Teatre Principal has a cafe, with food and drinks, that is located on the second floor of the building. This service is only available in shows where there is an interval.

CANTEEN

In addition to the cafe service, spectators can also enjoy the mobile canteen service, that is located at the entrance to the Teatre and in the Espacio Cero, the anteroom to the Sala Petita. This service is available before the start of each show. The mobile Canteen only offers cold drinks.

PUNCTUALITY

Out of respect for the audience and the artists, you are requested to be on time. Entrance to the theatre hall shall not be permitted once the show has commenced (including access to the box seats). Spectators who arrive once the show has started may view the show on the monitors in the hall/cafeteria, whilst waiting for an intermission.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM AND RESALE OF TICKETS

The Principal Theatre may cancel, reschedule, or change the programs and actors announced due to the unavailability of said actors, of technicians, because of force majeure, or any other circumstances that so require. Only the postponement or cancellation of an event shall be reason for the refund of a ticket.

RESALE OF TICKETS

The Theatre Principal does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets that have not been bought at official points of sale. The Theatre Principal prohibits any other ticket sales system other than the official point of sale.

COMPLAINTS & SUGGESTIONS

Complaints and suggestion forms are available to the public and shall be provided by the theatre staff.

TELEPHONES, ALARMS AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Before entering the hall, all mobile phones and alarms must be switched off, including all electronic devices. If, due to health reasons some specific device is necessary, please consult theatre staff.

SMOKE-FREE AREA

Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout all areas of the theatre.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

The Principal Theatre reserves the right of admission. Entry with objects considered to be dangerous is not permitted.

MINORS

Children under the age of 5 are not allowed entrance to the shows, except for those shows specifically aimed at that age group. Some shows have a recommended age. Should you have any doubts, please consult the box office before purchasing the ticket. In family shows, baby strollers will have to be left outside the Sala, at the place where the theater staff indicates.

FOOD & DRINK

No food or drink whatsoever may be brought into the hall or the boxes. If, due to health reasons some specific device is necessary, please consult theatre staff.
