Casa de nines, 20 anys després, by the American playwright, Lucas Hnath, has been one of the greatest international stage successes in recent years. Sílvia Munt directs this refined and timeless mise-en-scène. This is a play for actors, Emma Vilarasau stands in the shoes of Nora Helmer, a powerful, nonconformist and courageous woman. Ramon Madaula, Isabel Rocatti and the Mallorcan Júlia Truyol, accompany the actress on stage, in this contemporary drama that raises the reality of the iconic protagonist of Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House, 20 years after leaving her family home. Freedom, renunciation and dignity are the great leads of this seamless text that raises a dialectic debate between four characters, who reflect upon their own identity and the relationships of love and responsibility between man and woman, parents and descendants.
