Andreu is seventy six years old; a cultured, sarcastic, and rude man who pays close attention to memory, but is reluctant to accept any kind of help and refuses all the caregivers that her daughter Anna wants to hire. As he tries to make sense of the changing circumstances affecting his life, Andreu begins to doubt his closest relationships, his own mind, and even the reality that surrounds him.
