In our show, the youngest of a Basque siblings family claims that he is Jesus of Nazareth. His sisters consider he has gone mad from an excessive reading of Kierkegaard. As in Ordet, there will be Death and Resurrection. And especially the desire to play with the audience's perception so that the show itself is a test of their faith.
La voluntad de creer (The Will To Believe) was awarded at the 2023 Max Awards for Best Stage Show. The author and director, Pablo Messiez, already received a Max in 2016 for La piedra oscura.
