A new encounter with one of the greatest authors of all time. A delight, a new opportunity to immerse ourselves again in Tennessee Williams’ prodigy.
The works The Lady of Larkspur Lotion and Talk to me like the rain are two of the indisputable treasures of the twentieth-century theatre. A marchioness addicted to insecticide, a writer who does not write, flying cockroaches, and lovers who try to love each other while starving. Wretched characters who struggle defending themselves of a world they do not understand. They perfectly reflect the quintessence of William’s talent, who transforms them into unforgettable literary characters through his writing skills and sense of humor.
The proposal is completed by an interlude written by María Ruiz and Cristina Medina, where an actress in a proscenium debates with Tennessee Williams’ characters such as the adorable marchioness that she has just interpreted.
