Chicuelo & Marco Mezquida Presentation of the album "Del alma" within the Alternatilla Jazz Festival

Chicuelo’s flamenco guitar and Marco Mezquida’s distinctive piano meet again to offer a unique musical experience. Their new work, Del Alma, culminates a trilogy which has moved both the public and the critics. An indispensable event for those who love music without labels or frontiers.  

In a perfect complicity with the percussionist Paco de Mode, Chicuelo and Mezquida invite us to dive into their sound universe. Flamenco, jazz, and classical music join together in this concert to create highly emotive moments. Del alma travels through ‘bulerías’, ‘rumbas’, ‘tanguillos’, and ballads, with their special touch that has been evolving since 2017.
