On és quan no hi és? addresses an invariably delicate and thorny subject, especially among the youngest members of the family: the death of a loved one. This work by Tolo Ferrà and Jorge de Lemus offers us different paths for explaining to children why their loved ones have disappeared. It tells us that old age gives us clues to help us say goodbye and that childhood applies a magical perspective, overflowing with imagination, that enables children to understand everything. Three interlaced points of view form the thread that runs through this production: childhood, maturity and old age. Three points of view told with the same theatrical mechanism, but with three very different forms of expression that will play with visual theatre, object puppetry and live cinema. The result is both surprising and full of hope, a message full of life.

Recommended for kids from 5 years old.
