Planktos is Lionel Marchetti's musique concrète project which he created between 2015 and 2020 and which takes inspiration from the poems of Régis Poulet.

Lionel Marchetti’s concrete compositions are like a cinematic experience for the ears, playing on the idea of a musical journey, with mental images taking you through different landscapes. When talking about his work, he regularly cites Kenneth White’s formula to define it: “Concrete or abstract? I like summaries which has a memory of substance, refined concrete on the edge of the void.”
