After 20 years on stage and 17 albums in various artistic projects, Pau Vallvé releases his new album: La vida és ara, the sixth signed with his name, which was composed, played, mixed and produced alone during COVID-19 lockdown, in his studio in Barcelona.

Pau Vallvé's new album is the work of someone who has finally become happy and suddenly becomes aware of it. It's about someone who has slowly managed to get rid of all the old habits holding him back. He can finally make a record without shouting, without drama, and he can sing in your ear that life is right now, that hate is dead, and that, whether we like it or not, we're like logs floating down the river. Never again does he want to be angry and he realises that having arrived here must mean that he has grown up.

A kind of lucidity brought about by the sum of accumulated experience, plus prolonged solitary confinement at just the right moment. An important record. A turning point.
