Aürt is a disused Catalan word, meaning shock, or impact. We interpret Aürt as a shock with reality. Therefore, from the outset, Aürt aims to surprise the audience and generate a free reflection on what is experienced and seen on stage.

When the audience arrives at the theatre, they are welcomed by a universe of pipes, a whirlpool of wire, the noise of a stone and many secrets that together welcome the spectators into a world in which rational logic is altered through the imagination. From there, a show begins to unfold where all the elements present come to life and transform themselves. The artists on stage perform acrobatics, dance, tell us stories and search for love, which they end up finding, in an aerial flight driven mad by live music.

As such, Aürt carries us to different universes united by a theatrical theme. Contemporary circus, absurdity, poetry and comedy are how the artists communicate, taking this poetic hooliganism to the stage. Among the circus disciplines to be seen are balancing in pairs, tricks with objects and aerial acrobatics.
